Benz China held meetings about sales skill and after-sales service from 11 to 21 April. Banquet Associate Jeff Wang knows his ropes very well when it comes to service at meetings. His intimate service for guest starts from transporting to depositing the 60 boxed of documents and helping guest to pass out and deposit them piece by piece.
Everyday he would stand in the doorway, smiling to welcome each guest at the beginning of their meeting then he would help send out the new documents. At the end of the meeting he would help the lecturer to arrange the transporting and he would then tidy the new data and put the laptop in place. In courtesy he suggested to lectures that were from Singapore we just have one Yong He restaurant nearby after he learnt that they liked to eat fried rice noodles with beef and soy milk from a chain restaurant named Yong He. They were so happy for his considerate nature.
During the 10 days, Jeff not only offered outstanding service but also establish a good relationship with the guests. Benz sales manager praised Jeff’s service especially the two lecturers from Singapore. They presented their favourite Yonghe soya milk to him as the memorial gift.
