King of Upselling!

For Zack,as a Guest Service Agent, it doesn’t mean only to do the regular check in and check out for the guests. It’s part of our job to increase room revenue through upselling.
In the past half year, Zack is the champion for 4 months and ranked third on April. Zack has increased room revenue about 32k, 39k, 64k, 77k, 82k and 76k from January to June, which is 337,470 in total. Zack’s hard work not only enriches guests’experience but also satisfies guests’different needs of the rooms.
Not only does he make great contribution in upselling, he also inspires other associates to try their best and never give up. Care for business, what’s more, he cares for the business of the team.

对于黄淑伟来说,作为一名优秀的前台员工,不仅要高效地为客人办理日常入住或者退房手续,还要懂得如何通过Upselling的方法,让客人选择更好的房间入住。
在过去的6个月里,黄淑伟在其中的4个月都拿到前台upselling的冠军,而在4月份也荣获第三。自1月份到6月份,他为酒店增加了客房收入分别为32K, 39k, 64k, 77k, 82k 和76k,共计337,470。
Upselling既满足了不同客人对房间不同的需求,也丰富了客人的入住体验。而黄淑伟不仅仅自己在Upselling方面有杰出表现,他也激励其他同事勇于尝试。他关爱生意,同时也关心着整体团队的生意。
